Refund/Cancelation Policy

Under the following circumstances, purchases with outstanding partial payments will receive a 100% refund.

Only within 24 hours of placing an order or purchasing a service is a 100% refund available (not applicable for websites or software).
Around the time of order confirmation, if a customer requests a change that was not specified in the initial demand.

Deadline Not Met

Sometimes it is not possible to take the session or deliver the service as on discussed time because of various unseen reasons. In that case, we will compensate you with some discounts on the next service or give some value additions in the current order.

Service not as described

In case you feel that the quality and specification of service or session delivered to you was not as described and you would like to get a refund/partial refund. You have to tell us detailed reasons about the issues in work quality and what should be there. Then it would be easy for an expert to take the concerns into consideration and rectify the issues.

No Guarantee

We are into digital marketing services and online tutoring services (live tutoring including with the study material and notes), and we do not offer any guarantee of business rank/academic grades/score.

Refund Processing

Once we agree to refund on the above cases and clauses, it will take 30 business days from the confirmation date. Please note, that the company can not be held responsible for your Bank Transfer fees, transfer anomalies, and/or possible delays occurring due to any Bank service issues
